RAIL PERSONNEL NORTH AMERICA EXPANDS OPERATIONS - PRESS RELEASE

Vancouver, British Columbia (General) September 2004 ------------- Rail Personnel North America [RPNA] has expanded operations to provide a focused approach to recruiting for the North American railway industry. RPNA is a member of a group of international railway experts. Rail Personnel operates across international boundaries with offices in Australia, Asia, the UK and South Africa. Candidates are sourced from RPI's database of highly qualified experienced rail personnel from around the world.

RPNA was established in 2002 under the direction of David Clegg. Dave has more than 15 years human resources experience. Immediately prior to joining Rail Personnel North America, he was Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director for one of the world's largest global engineering consulting companies.

Joining Dave is Garry Wolfe. Garry is an experienced member of the business community in North America. His career at the executive level has included positions as president, CEO and COO for several North American and International organizations with revenues over $800 million USD.

"Throughout my career, I have realized that today's economy an organization's intellectual capital ... it's people ... is as important, if not more important, than it's capital asset," says Dave Clegg. "Over the last two years we have been working with some of the largest worldwide transportation companies successfully filling senior and specialist engineering positions on major projects in Korea, Taiwan, Israel, India, Canada and the United States. We are now positioned for further expansion into the North American railway industry."

The projected growth across all sectors of the North American rail industry is expected to significantly increase over the next five [5] years. The new Vancouver Rapid Transit Project [RAV Project], for example, is a 1.5 - 1.7 billion dollar investment, linking central Richmond, the Vancouver International Airport, and Vancouver along the Cambie corridor to central Broadway, the downtown Business District and the emerging transportation hub at Waterfront Station. The new line will provide much-needed access between dense and growing residential areas and key employment, commercial, hospital and institutional centers. Similar projects are expected in major urban centers across North America.

RPNA is the leading industry recruiting firm providing both client corporations and experienced candidates with local and global rail industry expertise, years of experience, confidentiality and excellence in customer service. In short, matching the best people and the right positions.
