Jacqueline is a Director of RailPersonnel Hong Kong Limited and RailPersonnel International with more than ten years progressive experience in recruitment, administration and high-level client and candidate liaison as gained across rail industries in the United Kingdom and more recently Hong Kong and Taiwan.

She started her career with TMG Sydney, Australia where she was responsible for providing personal assistance and secretarial support. She went on to further develop her experience in the areas of quality compliance, particularly to ISO 9000 standard; supporting senior management and finalising proposals and tender documents before submission.

Since September 2000, Jacqueline has played an active role in the set up of the RailPersonnel London and Taipei offices and more recently been engaged in successfully placing and managing staff working on secondment on the Taiwan High Speed Rail project as well as maintaining relationships with executives of rail organisations, also in Taiwan. In addition, she currently holds responsibility for formulating documents for response to tenders, profit and loss reporting, financial reporting of forecasts and cash flows and management of debtors and creditors accounts.
