Description: 
Our client is seeking a Senior HR Manager to be based in Hyderabad.

Job Description or Keywords:
- Identify Sources( Referral/In-House/Portal/Consultants)
- Do Initial Screening/shortlisting and verification)
- To implement new reference checking mechanism
- To close the open positions 30 days of receiving the manpower requisition and COO's approval and critical positions to have 45 days TAT
- To be completed within first 10 days of joining followed by induction feedback report
- To be conducted during the last week of employees notice period. Convey out going employee's feedback and suggest improvement if needed
- Identify the training needs @plants and HO
- Prepare Training calendars and quality training plans
- Prepare Training and Development Budget
- TO coordinate with the quality team for the need identification of quality specific training
- Prepare or Amend HR Policies considering the interest of both employees and the employer
- Time to time updation of the HR manual
- To Establish transparent communication at all levels of management by building reliable and trustworthy environment in the org and amongst the employees
- To conduct monthly/bimonthly town hall one to one skip level meet
- To organize periodic occasional employee engagement activities
- To implement regular reward and recognition schemes
- To streamline HR circulars and mailers
- To prepare monthly payroll with accuracy
- To ensure EPF and ESI returns are filed properly and accurately
- To look after Employee benefits
- To schedule a plant visit every month post (ABRM conclave) to understand and address the labour and statutory compliance related issues

Other than above
Operational HR Activities to be performed
1) Ensuring resolution of employee grievances by counselling/Undertaking employee engagement activities and policy driven process for various celebration of employees
2) Compiling all data needed for the annual salary review and the annual performance appraisal analysis
3) Managing appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management
4) Handling performance appraisal process across levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management
5) Overseeing separation actions like full and final settlements
6) Preparation and submission of monthly MIS
7) Liasoning with Govt Authorities like Labour offices PF and ESI Offices
8) Working in adherence to all the statutory acts related to Factories Act, contract labour and industrial labour act
9) Coordinating with legal experts and for employee disciplinary and legal matters
Requirements: 
- Qualification: Graduate plus MBA HR
- Total Experience: 15 Years or More than 15 Years
