Description: 
Our client is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to drive and manage the end-to-end learning and development framework through the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a range of effective development interventions to enhance the client's organizational performance by building a more competent workforce.

Accountability Areas:
- Oversee the design, management and evaluation of the HR and organization wide induction programs, particular to the client's employees and Nationals across all levels
- Oversee the establishment of a career management framework entailing career maps specific to every job family within the company, allowing employees and Nationals to professionally progress in their career, in a structured and time-bound manner
- Maintain technical and behavioural competency framework, designed to indicate the skills, knowledge and attitudes required of the client's employees, to perform their duties and responsibilities, across various levels
- Evaluate the client's competence level and ensure competency assessments are being administered across functions to identify employees' competency gaps and assign them to a suitable training/e-learning program to enhance their performance
- Design training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs and collaborate with external training providers to facilitate training delivery
Requirements: 
- Preferably Arabic Speaking
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
- Post Graduate Degree (preferable)
- A minimum of 5 - 8 years of Human Resource generalist experience, preferably as a Training & Development Manager, in a large organization managing work that is directly related to the job activities
- Commercial acumen and the ability to prepare plans and strategies are essential
- The ability to foster close relationships with external constitutes
