Job Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a Signal Project Engineer to work in Brisbane, Australia on a fixed term contract.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Identify design issues and work with design team to ensure suitable design data and practical and effective design
  • Manage the design of all temporary works
  • Communicate design details for all work activities to the relevant team members
  • Notify Project Manager promptly of significant design issues; and
  • Develop work method statements, work procedures, ITP/ITC for construction of specific portions of work.
Planning & Resourcing:
  • Ensure supervisory personnel have the resources required to complete the works. his includes the provision of personnel, plant, materials, technical information, approvals etc
  • Manage the planning and programming activities to ensure the most efficient use of resources and the completion of the project in accordance with contract requirements
  • Input into medium term planning and scheduling to ensure works occur in accordance with project programme
  • Support interfacing between shifts and other work teams to ensure good project outcomes are achieved weekly.
